The format for the *.txt files containing masses for O(n) is

[[[m_1, k_1], ..., [m_r, k_r]]],mass]

mass is sum_L m_O(L)(P), where the sum is over the isometry classes L of even euclidean lattices of dimension n and determinant 1 (case n =0 mod 8) or 2 (case n = +-1 mod 8), and P is the polynomial Phi_{m_1}^{k_1}...Phi_{m_r}^{k_r}, were Phi_m is the m-th cyclotomic polynomial.

Only nonzero mass are printed.
